Zack sighed prowling the night. He’d been awake for only 3 hours. It was already 10 PM. Ever since the sun rose he’s been out and about the town looking for something to do. ~Brian’s POV~ I groaned as I opened my eyes. Something felt different. Felt off. I flexed my fingers and toes trying to find out about myself. I felt my body parts moving when I commanded it. Last was time to open my eyes and look around. I did so slowly. I noticed no lights were on in the dark room yet I could see as if the sun was shining. I sat up and looked around. “What the hell?” I then looked over as Majesty ran to me and licked my face. “Hey sweetheart.” I smiled petting her. I smiled at her and noticed her looking at me weird. It’s been two years since that night with Frank. Majesty has lived a happy healthy life since. She still does. She’s now a vampire like Zack. When she needs to feed he takes her hunting with him. He’s taught her everything he knows making sure she harms no one. He’s learned she can live on animal blood which makes things a tad easier. No need to worry about people saying there is a rabid dog in town. Brian had a hard time adjusting to owning a vampire dog but she’s still the sweet girl he raised from a puppy. She still snuggles with him on the couch but sadly she can’t romp around in the sunshine anymore.
